Our Coaches

Coach David Lynn — Head Men’s Golf Coach Oklahoma Christian University

Lynn has led the Eagles to eight consecutive top 4 finishes at the NAIA national tournament. OC placed second in 2001 and 2005, third in 2000, 2002, 2006, and 2007 and fourth in 2003 and 2004. His teams have won 30 tournament titles.

In 2003 the Eagles attained their first ever No. 1 ranking in the regular season poll. OC again ascended to the top spot in April
2005 and 2006 as well as spending much of the 2006-2007 season as the No.1 team in the nation.

Lynn has coached 12 athletes to NAIA All-American status a total of 25 times. Six of his golfers have attained NAIA
Scholar-Athlete status a total of 13 times. He was selected as the 2003, 2005, and 2006 Coach of the Year in the Sooner Athletic Conference and in NAIA Region VI. He also served as the president of the Men’s Golf Coaches Association in 2006 and 2007. He has been the NAIA representative on the Golf Coaches Association of America National Advisory Board since 2003.

Coach Greg
Greg has been all around golf for the past 50 years, playing and learning with some of the best minds in the game. Greg has been a scratch handicap for the better part of 20 years and has a tremendous
amount of tournament experience.

Coach Greg has worked with a wide variety of amateur golfers from beginners to top notch
amateur tournament players.Some of Greg's students have played in the biggest amateur events in the world like the World Cup, United States Amateur, and British Amateur.

Coach Greg has a very special eye for the golf swing and is able to spot most swing faults even without the use of videotape. Coach Greg's biggest thrill is to see players of all different abilities reach their potential in the game he loves.
